Rulesi kirinichu will not be responsible if YOU as a customer fail to understand these rules. if there is any questions you have during the ordering process, please ask. i will do my best to clarify any of your concerns.THESE RULES MAY BE UPDATED/CHANGED AT ANY TIME.GENERAL RULES♦ I own ALL copyright of the artwork, but NOT your character. if it is used publicly please credit me.
♦ it is your responsibility to save the art file when i send it
♦ all commissions are for PERSONAL use, only NO commercial use. so you may NOT mint my artwork as an NFT or any other form of cryptocurrency. *
♦YOU MAY USE IT FOR VTUBER ENDEAVORS
♦ i do not participate in cryptocurrency or NFTs so i will not be reselling them as such
♦ If you WISH to use my artwork for commercial use, please let me know up front so we can negotiate a price. (physical merch, does not apply to emotes)
♦ If you need the piece by a certain date, please inform me. However rush pieces WILL have an extra fee.
♦ By paying me you ACKNOWLEDGE the fact that you are recieving a DIGITAL good and will NOT be recieving a physical product.
♦ I have the right to refuse any commission.*Does NOT apply to twitch emotesPAYMENT♦ 50% of the payment will be paid after I send the sketch and you approve of it.
♦ my prices are listed in USD. all payments will be done through PAYPAL/KO-FI. NO cryptocurrencies.
♦ I will send you an invoice with 50% of the agreed upon payment.
♦ I will not continue the commission after the sketch stage until I receive the payment.
♦ ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after I started the line art phase.
♦ You will receive the FULL resolution, non-watermarked artwork AFTER i can confirm payment is successful.Corrections & Revisions♦ I will allow you THREE(3) FREE changes during the sketching process. If you require any more changes after that, I WILL charge an additional fee. of 5$ PER change. So please remember this and be as clear as possible when commissioning me.
